Overview

The B2B Warehouse based Stock System (B2BW) allows stock to be controlled for a single Warehouse per shop. It is possible to have more Warehouse for a shop, but these other Warehouses are currently only for ‘behind the scenes use’, and in general stock is added by an automatic import / update process and stock is decremented (downdated) only by orders that are placed against Wardrobes that have a Warehouse code set against them. The following documentation is only concerned with the single Warehouse associated with a shop.

Put simply the stock of items in a warehouse can be affected in 4 ways:

  1. Order Placement
  2. Stock Receipt - The booking in of stock into the system
  3. Stock Take
  4. Ad Hoc Adjustment
