Between 21:48 BST and 21:53 BST on 2nd May 2019 all sites hosted by B2B Internet Solutions were unavailable for new connections and displayed a "Maintenance" message.
B2B would like to apologise for any inconvenience that this event caused.
The cause of this outage was a DNS Administration error made by Microsoft which affected all of their Azure and Office365 services worldwide as per the following articles:

B2B already have disaster standby procedures in place that could have been implemented should the downtime have been more significant, and as usual we will be reviewing the incident further to see if we could avoid this type of downtime in the future.
