B2B Support System

B2B use ZenDesk as our main customer support System.  ZenDesk is a customer service software and support ticketing system by Zendesk.

A Users ZenDesk account contains the following User Data as a minimum:

• Name
• Email

It may also contain the following User Data if entered:

• Organisation
• Telephone number
• Twitter details
• FaceBook details

If the user has created or is linked to Tickets, so possibly the following:

• Ticket Data
• Attachments

ZenDesk are the Data Processor.

B2B provides this service solely to take, manage and process orders for onward processing by B2B's Customers and their suppliers.  Sometimes this includes updates on Order Statii. 

In connection with providing these services, B2B has access to the following types of data as a minimum :

• User name
• Employee Number
• Delivery Location Name

Also if supplied by either the Employee or Employer:

• Delivery Location address
• Employee gender
• Employee email address
• Employee mobile number
• Password
• Answers to Secret Questions

During the placing of the order the following is also stored for order fulfillment, tracking and in some cases allocation purposes:

• Order information including type and size information (if relevant)
• Order status information

During the placing of the order the following may also be stored:

• Card transaction result information related to specific orders for the sole purpose of determining whether or not payment for an order that requires it has been successful.

For security, development, maintenance and performance reasons:

• Details of IP address, generic location and other browser related information of the person using the service.
