I can't see my image or document

We have recently switched on a new Content Delivery Network for the delivery of assets such as images and documents.  This is part of our commitment to continue to enhance the service to make it more scalable, reliable and cost effective. NOTES:

  • All images, documents and other assets should now only be stored in LOWER case.  All references to these images, documents and assets should also be in LOWER case
  • As part of the implementation process all assets and references to these assets should have been converted to LOWER case.  If you find that an existing image, document or other asset is not visible please check the case to make sure it is stored in LOWER case and referenced in LOWER case
