During the coming days there may be some disruption to the SaaS Service whilst preparation is made to upgrade various systems. During this time all references in the Content Management System to customers assets including images and documents are being renamed / converted to lower case.
We don't anticipate any errors during this renaming process, but please let us know if this does occur so we can correct the error.
These upgrades will enable us to further improve site and page response times, and in the medium to longer term lead to more reliable, scaleable and cost effective systems.
We apologise for any inconvenience during this time and will keep any disruption to a minimum.
