System Service Announcement - 9th Feb 2018: 14:46hrs

Please note we are currently experiencing intermittent connection issues with our Manchester Data Centre that began at 14:46.  This may cause intermittent issues with the service as it automatically switches to our disaster standby service.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will switch fully to our disaster standby service should we deem this necessary.

When using the disaster standby service there will be no access to reports.  You may also experience a slowdown in access during this time.

We apologies for any inconvenience.

 

Update: 9th Feb 2018 14:40hrs

This seems to be resolved now and we have asked for a report from the data centre concerned, which we will feedback on this Announcement when received.
