At approximately 12:49 BST this afternoon our various monitors picked up some communication delays between our various server locations. This resulted in some customers receiving a sites temporarily unavailable message. The error message was cleared by 12:53 BST.
Investigations indicate wider internet connectivity/latency issues affecting the Manchester colocation facility in which our servers are housed as being the route cause of this blip.
