UPDATE - 12th September 2016 - 09.00hrs BST.
We are currently running on our main live servers and all services should be operating satisfactorily. Please raise an urgent support ticket if you are still seeing challenges.
We expect an update from our live co-location supplier later today explaining what went wrong over the weekend. In the mean time our disaster recovery servers (housed with a completely unrelated co-location supplier ~200 miles distant) continue to run in a "Hot" stand by mode ready to take over the main site functions should it become necessary.

We are currently running on our disaster standby facilities due to intermittent issues at our co-location facility. During this time you may well notice:
- A decrease in the general performance of the sites
- No reporting facility
- No exports
The sites experienced intermittent outages between:
- 23.00 to 10.55 BST On Friday 9th September 2016
- 00.45 to 01.00 BST On Saturday 10th September 2016.
- 09.25 and 09.47 BST On Saturday 10th September 2016.
Our engineers were made aware immediately in all cases and began remedial work.
As soon as we have more information we will post it on this site.
