The sites experienced intermittent outages between 04.30 BST and 08.30 BST on Sunday 14th August 2016. This was due to unexpected consequences following an automated update that ran overnight.
Engineers were made aware at 04.36 BST and began remedial work immediately.
We now understand what caused the intermittent outages and are working to put solutions in place to minimise the chance of these happening again.
