At approximately 19:33 last night our network monitors detected a communications break to our servers. This break lasted for approximately 10 minutes and corrected itself without intervention by our engineers.

Diagnostics show that this outage has no relationship to the outage earlier today.

We have requested further information from our communications supplier and will update this post as we receive further details.

FINAL UPDATE

We have received a full explanation from our datacentre supplier. They had a hardware failure that could only be corrected via a reset that took all links to our server down for 8 minutes.

B2B apologises for any inconvenience caused by this issue that was totally outside of our control.

    The datacentre has confirmed that they identified an "incident" around the time of this outage. As soon as we hear I will update again.
