No further problems were reported after approximately 11:25 on 28 Oct 2015 and this incident is now considered closed.
Original Announcement
At approximately 11:05 on 28 October 2015 our sites automatically switched to showing a maintenance message. This was due to our various monitors being unable to contact our web servers. Connections were quickly re-established but further intermittent disruptions are occurring.
The cause of this disruption is a DDoS attack on core infrastructure at the colocation facility in which our servers are located. Engineers at the facility are working to mitigate the effects of this attack.
B2B apologises for the disruption to its services but these events are completely outside our control.
