At approximately 10:03 this morning an operator error resulted in all out going pages giving an error message. The error was found and fixed almost immediately however by then our automated failover procedures had switched all users to site down messages. As soon as the error was corrected users automatically started being switched back to the main site. Our site monitors indicate a total outage of between 3 and 6 minutes depending on monitor location and time since last DNS lookup.
