At 05:30 this morning our monitoring systems indicated the shop websites were unavailable. By 05:32 customers were receiving a maintenance page.
This outage was caused by the failure of a server to reboot after automated operating system updates.
B2B Staff responded promptly and full service was returned by 07:30.
