We are currently experiencing technical difficulties on our live B2B SaaS service. Our engineers started work at 05:40 hrs BST. They are investigating and we will give an update as soon as we have one.
14th May 2017 09.07 BST (08:07 UTC)- Update
System now up and stable. The cause of the interruption is now understood and fixed. It was a configuration error in the automated fail over systems - This has now been fixed.
For most of this time the sites were up and available running on our fail-over systems. The intermittent outages experienced during this time were as a result of attempts to fallback to our main services.
