From approximately 18.00hrs BST on 29th August to 10.30hrs BST on 30th August some users may have experienced a temporary minor degradation to some user administration functions. The main services were not affected.
This followed an urgent update that was made just prior to this degradation. This update was to significantly improve the performance of the automated import process, and was otherwise completely successful.
