We experienced a service interruption for circa 8 minutes on 09.39hrs GMT on 16th Feb 2017.
This was due to a "general network outage" at our live data centre in Manchester. The reasons behind this are currently under investigation by data centre staff and we will update this notice as soon as we have more information.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
17th February 2017 - Update
We have been informed by our Manchester Data Centre that the blip was "due to a fibre cut".
For your interest only "The fibre was cut in the Bristol area by road work contractors. a 2KM length of the cable was replaced and re-spliced overnight".
