Update: Outage report from our infrastructure supplier attached.
Our system monitors detected an outage at approximately 13:00 BST today. Our fail-over systems span up as designed but were not required as the primary servers were back online by 13:05.
The cause of this outage was a network issue at our supplier's collocation facility and completely outside the control of B2B. We have asked the supplier for a detailed explanation and will publish it here once available.
