Our monitoring services reported a brief unexpected outage for approximately 3 minutes at Circa 13:34 GMT Wednesday 4th January 2016.
We do not know what caused it as yet and our engineers are investigating. We will update this article as soon as we have further information.
UPDATE: 14:50 4 Jan 2017
Various log entries point to a query that has to use 3rd party software for connection to an non B2B controlled system timing out in an ungraceful fashion. The offending scheduled job has therefore been suspended.
UPDATE: 12:28 5th Jan 2017
The cause was found to be due to jobs that interact with an external system. These jobs have now been switched off until we are sure they will cause no further problems.
